This model features a 12MP (interpolated) camera for use with the multiple capture modes, capturing up to 6 photos per detection, as well as built-in, full HD video recording (1080p) with sound.
Other features include the 42 invisible (black) LEDs and a 2-inch viewing & configuration screen with zoom and pan functions when reviewing photos.
You'll have the option to add batteries, SD cards, security box, tree mount and solar panel - note that the camera comes with a tree strap, but the tree mount has a screw thread for use in posts and trees and an adjustable bracket. The security box can't be used with the tree mount but should be used with a cable lock. The solar panel can only be used with the li-ion battery pack.

The FORCE-DARK from SPYPOINT is a feature-packed camera that makes a great addition to any camera trapping program. As its name implies, the FORCE-DARK uses virtually undetectable invisible LEDs that produce no visible flash when used on the no-glow setting. SPYPOINT’s hybrid illumination technology allows you to select one of four flash settings to suit your needs, like no glow for maximum concealment. When you need to reach out into clearings there is the boost or blur reduction setting, and the optimal setting is a blend which produces a lower glow than standard IR flash.
The FORCE-DARK is also equipped with the industry’s fastest trigger speed, a sizzling 0.07 second. What does that mean exactly? It means when the detection sense is tripped, the camera comes out of sleep mode and starts taking photos in just milliseconds. That means fewer wasted images to wildlife that has already passed by, instantly improving your results.
